Our leadership is centered on the principles and qualifications for leaders found in Scripture. Because of this foundation, we believe it’s important to appoint servant leaders with humble hearts to lead our congregation in Spirit and in truth as a unified body. You will notice that our pastor is a member of our elder board, not an “executive” in church leadership. This is crucial to our belief that Scripture calls us to an elder and deacon-led church leadership style.
